Getting started with the C84 Kids Academy After School Program is simple. Here's exactly what happens — step by step, no surprises.
What Happens After You Apply?
Eight clear steps from account creation to earning your program completion badge.
Create Account
Choose your role — Student, Parent, or Instructor — and fill out the enrollment form with your details.
Students select their grade level (4, 5, or 6). Instructors are routed into a pending approval queue for safety.
Verify Email
Check your inbox and click the verification link to activate your account.
If you don't see the email, check spam/junk. You can request a new verification link from the login page.
Student ID Created
Students automatically receive a unique Student ID (C84-XXXX-XXXX) displayed in their profile.
This ID is used by parents to link accounts and can be used as an alternative login for younger scholars.
Placement Assessment
Students complete a comprehensive assessment covering phonics, vocabulary, comprehension, and fluency.
The assessment identifies strengths and growth areas to generate a truly personalized curriculum.
Curriculum Generated + Week 1 Unlocked
A personalized 8-week curriculum is built from your assessment results. Week 1 plan unlocks immediately.
Each week includes 5 daily lessons, 5 daily assignments, vocabulary work, and a Friday mastery quiz.
Parent Links via Student ID
Parents create their own account and enter their child's Student ID (C84-XXXX-XXXX) to link and monitor progress.
Once linked, parents can manage pickup contacts, view attendance, and message teachers through the portal.
Attend After School Program
Students follow the Mon–Fri after-school schedule: Check-In, Snack, Reading Lesson, Assignments, Enrichment, and Pickup.
Daily attendance is tracked with check-in/out. Enrichment activities include Fluency Circle, STEM Mini, Art Literacy, and more.
Reports + Badges + Level-Up Exam
Every Sunday at 6:00 AM CT, automated progress reports are delivered. Earn badges, maintain streaks, and take the final exam.
Reports cover assignments, quizzes, attendance, badges, and streak status. Pass the final exam to advance!

Student
Grades 4–6. Take the assessment, unlock your personalized curriculum, and join the After School Program!
Parent / Guardian
Create an account and link to your child using their Student ID. Monitor progress, attendance, and manage pickup contacts.
Instructor
Apply to join our team. Mark attendance, log incidents, lead enrichment, and guide scholars through their reading journey.
