Screening & Approval Process
Every instructor passes through a quality and safety review before gaining dashboard access.
Apply Online
Fill out the instructor application with your name, email, school or organization, and role/title. It takes less than 3 minutes.
Admin Review
Our admin team reviews your application for educational background, quality, and alignment with our scholar safety standards.
Approval Notification
You'll receive a notification once your account is approved and activated. If additional information is needed, we'll reach out.
Dashboard Access
Log in to your Instructor Dashboard and immediately access attendance tools, student roster, enrichment tracking, and reporting.
Instructor Roles
Whether you lead a class, facilitate enrichment, or coach individually — there's a role that fits your strengths.
Lead Instructor
Oversee a group of students as their primary academic contact. Lead the daily Reading Fundamentals block, mark attendance, and manage curriculum pacing.
Enrichment Facilitator
Lead the 4:50–5:15 PM enrichment block with rotating activities like Fluency Circle, STEM Mini, Art Literacy, Journaling, and Character Talk.
Content Coach
Guide students through assignments, model reading strategies, provide feedback on written responses, and award badges for milestones.

Attendance Tool
Mark check-in/out, tardy, early pickup, and absences.
